North Roosevelt Boulevard Enhancement Project
From April 16, 2012 through the middle of 2014, the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will be conducting a 2.5 mile long roadway improvement project on North Roosevelt Boulevard from U.S. Highway 1 entering Key West to Eisenhower Drive.
Guests of the resort are encouraged to check often for updates on www.fdotmonroe.com/keywest as construction work phases are completed and/or new phases begin during this road improvement process.

Check cashing services are not available.
Early Departure Policy
Early departures result in a charge of a full night's room and tax. If during a minimum stay requirement period, guest will be charged for entire stay.

Package Handling Policy

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All accommodations at Sunset Key Guest Cottages, A Westin Resort are cottages; therefore, Starpoint Award reservations must be booked at a higher Starpoint rate through your local customer contact center.
