Maximum occupancy per cottage is: 3 persons in a one bedroom, 5 persons in a two bedroom, 7 persons in a three bedroom. Maximum occupancy still applies when party includes children. |

A $75 extra person charge per night will be applied for the third adult (over 18 years old) in a one bedroom cottage. No extra person charge for children 18 years and under when sharing same cottage as an adult, using existing bedding. |

Early Departure Fees: Guests checking out prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged for the entire stay originally booked. |

Late Departure Fees: Standard check-out is 11:00 am. On day of departure, please contact the concierge for availability on an extended check-out time and applicable charges. |

Arrival time is requested for advance reservations. |

Cottages are available with king beds and double beds. |

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. |

Check-out time is 11:00 am. Express check-out is available. |
