Information
|
- Rates are per cottage per night.
- Rates based on availability and subject to change without notice.
- Rates subject to applicable taxes at time of stay.
- A minimum stay of two or more nights may apply during special events, holidays and high-demand time frames.
- Cottage guests must be over 25 years of age, unless accompanied by an adult.
- Deposit/Cancellation Policy: Please verify at time of booking for your specific deposit and cancellation requirements.
- Requests for specific cottage assignments are accepted, but not guaranteed. Cottage assignments will be made upon arrival.
- Maximum occupancy per cottage is: 3 persons in a one bedroom, 5 persons in a two bedroom, 7 persons in a three bedroom, 8 persons in a four bedroom. Maximum occupancy still applies when party includes children.
- A $75 extra person charge per night will be applied for the third adult (over 18 years old) in a one bedroom cottage. No extra person charge for children 18 years and under when sharing same cottage as an adult, using existing bedding.
- Guests checking out prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged for the entire stay originally booked.
- On day of departure, please contact the concierge for availability on an extended check-out time and applicable charges.
- Arrival time is requested for advance reservations.
- Cottages are available with king beds and double beds. Four bedroom cottages have one king bed in each bedroom.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm.
- Check-out time is 11:00 am. Express check-out is available.
- All cottages are non-smoking.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Rollaway beds are not available.
- Four-bedroom cottages are luxury oceanfront cottages and have their own private plunge pool and washer/dryer.
